Can I modify my selection after purchase?
To ensure our 72-hour result promise, we utilize a high-velocity fulfillment system. We can only guarantee modifications or cancellations for requests received by 11:00 PM (PDT) on the same day your order was finalized. Please contact us immediately at service@airedrose.com for urgent adjustments.

What happens if I receive an incorrect shipment?
Accuracy is a pillar of our brand. However, if a logistical error occurs and you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will rectify it immediately. Send a quick photo of the incorrect item and your Order ID to service@airedrose.com. We will ship the correct formula at no cost to you. As a gesture of our commitment to your skincare journey, you may keep the original incorrect item with our compliments.
What is your return policy for skincare products?
