AIREDROSE: SATISFACTION & CLINICAL RETURN POLICY
At Airedrose, we are committed to the science of your transformation. We understand that choosing a high-performance clinical formula is an investment in your confidence. If our Micro-Spicule technology or Botox-like Peptides do not align with your skincare goals, our dedicated support team is here to ensure a professional and transparent resolution.
1. THE 60-DAY CLINICAL EVALUATION PERIOD
We provide a 60-day return window from the date your package arrives. This timeframe is designed to allow you to experience the full cellular turnover cycle and witness the long-term firming effects of our formulas.
- Eligibility & Condition: To maintain the clinical integrity and hygiene standards of our skincare line, returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original professional packaging with all seals intact.
- Authorization Protocol: Please do not return shipments to the fulfillment center address on the box. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Contact service@airedrose.com to receive your authorized return instructions.
- Documentation: Please provide your Airedrose Order Number or digital confirmation to help our laboratory team expedite your request.
2. RAPID ORDER MODIFICATIONS
Our fulfillment studio utilizes high-speed processing to meet our delivery promises.
- Pre-Fulfillment: You may cancel or modify your order for a full, immediate refund if the request is submitted by 11:00 PM (PDT) on the day of purchase.
- Post-Dispatch: Once a formula has been handed over to the courier, we cannot intercept the transit. In these cases, please receive the package and follow our standard return protocol.
3. TRANSPARENT LOGISTICS & ZERO HIDDEN FEES
Airedrose believes in fair, direct service. We do not penalize our clients for finding a better fit for their skin.
- No Restocking Fees: We never charge a percentage to put an item back into our inventory. There are zero restocking fees for any authorized return.
- Shipping Costs: Clients are responsible for the actual shipping charges incurred when sending an item back to our facility. We guarantee that no more than one shipping fee will be charged per return session.
4. THE REFUND & VERIFICATION PROCESS
Upon the arrival of your return at our Los Angeles studio:
- Quality Verification: Our team performs a manual inspection to confirm the product remains sealed and in its original clinical condition.
- Notification: We will send a "Return Received" email once the inspection is complete and your refund status is verified.
- Credit Reinstatement: Approved refunds are issued instantly to your original payment source (Credit Card, PayPal, or Apple Pay). Depending on your bank’s specific processing protocols, funds typically reflect in your account within 3–7 business days.
5. RESOLVING PAYMENT DISCREPANCIES
If you have received an approval notification but do not see the credit on your statement, please follow these steps:
- Verify with your bank or credit card issuer if there is a "Pending Credit" on your account.
- Check for any internal processing delays within your specific financial institution.
- If the credit is still not visible after 10 business days, contact our finance team at service@airedrose.com for a formal investigation.
