1. PRECISION PROCESSING: THE 12-HOUR WINDOW

To maintain our 72-hour result promise, our laboratory-fulfillment center begins prepping your order almost immediately after confirmation.

  • Order Modifications: If you need to update a delivery address or cancel a selection, please contact service@airedrose.com within 12 hours of your purchase.
  • Finalized Shipments: Once an order has entered the clinical packing phase or been handed to our courier partners, we are unable to intercept the transit or modify the destination.

Note: These windows represent our standard operational targets. While we strive for absolute punctuality, local holiday peaks or customs clearance in certain regions may occasionally impact these estimates.

4. REAL-TIME SHIPMENT MONITORING

Once your Airedrose treatment has been meticulously packed and dispatched, our system will generate a tracking link.

  • Sync Period: Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier’s digital dashboard to reflect the initial scan after your tracking number is issued.
  • Transit Milestones: It is standard for a package to show no movement for 48 hours as it transitions between international sorting facilities and local distribution centers.

5. SHIPMENT INTEGRITY (DAMAGES & LOSS)

We stand behind the security and condition of every serum we ship.

  • Damaged Formulas: If your product arrives with a broken seal or damaged packaging, please email a photographic record to service@airedrose.com within 72 hours of delivery. We will expedite a replacement immediately.
  • Non-Delivery: If a carrier confirms a package is lost in transit or misdelivered, our team will initiate a one-time replacement shipment at no additional cost to you.

6. GLOBAL CUSTOMS & IMPORT PROTOCOLS

For our international clientele residing outside of the United States:

  • DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): Orders are shipped on a DDU basis.
  • Recipient Responsibility: Any local import taxes, VAT, customs duties, or regional handling fees are determined by your local government and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
  • Clearance Delays: Airedrose is not responsible for transit delays caused by local customs inspection protocols.
